Because of the tab on the top? I have had a feeling for a little while that it may not be a true VRSF because the other pics I see don't have that tab.

The tab, the lack of pre-drilled holes in the bracket and the extended lower tube. The fin pack is probably different as well since we use a DSM specific fin pack.

Making progress slowly but surely. Downpipe goes to the welder this week then it will be off to detective coatings.

All my intercooler pipes, couplers and t bolt clamps are in just need to find time to get them fitted cut and roll some beads on the pipes.

Downpipe is going back for final welding. Everything is bolted down. Just need to order some more t bolt clamps. Excited to get her back on the road.

Well I got my downpipe back and put the car back together. Fired her up yesterday and she sounded great. Need to fix a couple boost leaks and exhaust leaks though.

Alright so the boost leaks led me to get a new throttle body. I think the shaft seals on my frankenstine jeep throttle body have just had it. Great excuse to pick up an MPx 60mm throttle body.

Since I'm still working on the tune and getting some kinks worked out I have not boosted it past roughly 4 psi. I know, go ahead and laugh . It's like nothing but compared to before it feels like a new car! I'm happy with the results so far. Just being overly cautious I suppose. I just don't want to grenade the engine.

Nothing major since the last updates. The car is running great. Still haven't upped the boost yet but the car is a ton of fun to drive!

Next up I need to get the electronic boost control solenoid hooked up. Also working on a raspberry pi dash that will replace the stock gauge cluster and run tunerstudio.

Look up Pats's Projects on facebook. He has a modified code posted that boots tunerstudio on the RPI. He also has a list of materials posted including a switch that taps into your ignition and safely boots and shuts down the RPI.

So these showed up today!
Huge shout out to @ec17pse for hooking me up with the galant knuckles. I was never too keen on using brackets and cutting up the back of the calipers.

Now I just need to get some new axles, bearings and wheels that will actually clear the Brembos

That will come with time. Currently the wife and I are house hunting again. Hopefully this time I can get a bigger garage that I can put a lift in

Bout $380 if I remember right. I haven't cut any corners yet so why start now? Lol

Also got my digital dash layed out and it's currently getting 3D printed. Once I get it I will have some clean up to do around the outside of the part to get it to fit with the dash. I just didn't feel confident with the curves I was coming up with to mate with the bezel. Should be here in a week or so.
The front is the side with no extrusions.
