dsm wont start

trying to get my car to start it turns over but just wont start ! i checked the coil and tested good also tested the transister and had resistance. have brand new ngk plugs and new wires was running before now wont start. afpr set at 43 with a 255! anybody know what else i can check i am stumped.

Have you checked compression?

You need fuel, spark, and compression, at the right TIME, to start... if you have spark, make sure you have fuel. Pull the rail out with the injector and set them into some water bottles and crank the car. Make sure all 4 injectors are firing. If you have fuel and spark, turn to compression and timing. Do a compression/leakdown test. Make sure the MAF is plugged in and all that as well.

The easiest thing to check first would be spark. pull the plugs and lay them on the exhaust and see if they spark when you turn it over.

If the car has sat for a while, put some Seafoam in the tank to help clean things out. Injectors might be a little plugged.
