Check out pampena motorsports. the owner ray used to have a galant vr4. he now is considered the 3000gt vr4 tuning god and drives a 950+ hp 3000gt. he is out on long island but he has a full shop with a dyno.

Yeah STM is probably about 4-5 hours from NYC area, depending on what you want it may be worth the drive but you best have your credit card ready.
