dsm graveyard turbo questions

Found it kind of interesting they where at the shoot out. I snapped a picture of the orangeish long block and walked off... Have no need to talk to shady people.:

They sponsored the dsm eliminator and had one of the largest displays this year. Crazy how they haven't died out or at least changed their business name. Thankfully, there was only about one person in their tent at time. Kind of wanted to go hit them with a stick and say BAD!

Already did i sent the a huge message. Im gonna post it so everyone see it.

Ok so considering how long it took for you guys to get everything done Im choosing not to get it done cause the 650 dollar mark up. I am a valued customer i thought that has spent over a 1000 dollars between accounts an have sent.people to you with no discount or hook ups. Tyler lied to me.about the warranty and i found out he has been.fired over that an other stuff. Its been 2 monthstomorrow #and i would like you guys to just send the turbo back to me. That's the least you can do Im not mad or pist off i just know that you could of made it alilttle more of a priority to get it an u could of told me all of this a month ago. I have been ignored and denied talking to john it seems.like he is never there or nobody picks up my phone till i call from a different number. I chose you guys cause.you told me a time.frame.and.price whip h neither were held up. I had to pay 60 $ for my#car.to #sit in a shop cause of the wait so the i would like you to send it back to me i don't.care.what carrier you choose. So here is my address#52 automotive center

I sent them so many emails Im sick of that LOL s*** its a joke. i lost.money so had to by s gsp 20g now cause i can't do anything without a car. i am so happy u guys turned me on to the vendor reviews ROFL cause now i know not to do jack for them or gp thru them again. i was reading the reviews and getting so pist off cause they had tried me and acted.like everything was cool i called.for a bogus number and they picked up right away. Lmao never again

As a bit of constructive criticism: Please for the love of baby Jesus learn how to communicate through text.

We don't need perfectly formed sentences vetted to the n-th degree, merely something that doesn't make me homicidal from the headache I receive on trying to decipher your letter salad.

Businesses, Colleagues, SO's etc will all take you more seriously, and as a bonus understand what the f*ck you just sent to them

Huh. I've never ordered anything from them and I can confidently say they are a bunch of incompetent morons who by some miracle are still running a business.

Wait.. OP you've ordered from them before??? AND you did it again??? I feel no sympathy.

Keep calling. That's the only way to get anything from them (personal experience). To be honest I'd love to see a mass gathering of people they've withheld stuff from show up at the same time, and explain their flywheel with a die "CBN Cutter". It's alot harder to give someone the run around on the phone than in person. I'm never in the zoo during work hours or I'd swing by and collect for you.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. Thankfully I've only ordered parts from them such as over flow bottles and other misc parts.

Never anything really important, but each part always arrived way later then the estimated date of arrival. Shipping prices for the most part were ridiculous compared to other venders as well.

Really? You should have to call every day if you want something accomplished? If you can't provide a product, don't advertise that you can...it's as simple as that.

All businesses get backed up- hell I've waited 30 minutes for a burger at McDonalds before...but two months for a job that takes roughly three hours to do properly is f*cking retarded.

Hell no you shouldn't have to call every day, im just trying to help the guy out. They are by far the worst company I have ever delt with anywhere. I wouldn't settle for "lucky if it ever shows up". Ima call every day three times a day if that's what it takes to get your product or money back.

Lmao Im pretty sure its all readable...... and now i learned from this shit!!!!

Its my phone an awesome T9 trying to fix and throw words together LOL

^ kinda funny. Don't really fault the guy for wanting to get laid, but I can fault him for paying for it.

But we all pay for it in the end.

The most expensive meal you will ever eat.

Between ripping off Magnus Products
That's where my endorsement of their business stopped. When that all went down, they messaged me with "what did we do wrong" after a couple of sharp words; that made it worse. Not only are you a thieving fvck, but you're a moron as well.

He engaged me via PM like he was actually going to explain it and then just reposted verbatim what they put on facebook. I was getting sick of the run around and vagueries/excuses. So I followed up with a straight question and received what is probably the most bewilderingly well formed (grammatically) yet asinine response I've ever gotten via PM:

ME:
So.. yes or no question:

Did MAP re-create the part that Magnus developed?

Chris Carey:
Yes we created a master cylinder kit that is very similar to that of the Magnus product in order to circumvent issues we had with our supplier (Magnus). Outside of those issues, this is the nature of business. Someone creates a product, charges a premium for it, and eventually others make a similar product and drive the price down. Is this not a benefit to the consumer? Has this not happened with cars, computers, cell phones, and every other item in the history of the world? If it hadn't, would you be able to afford all of the products you have come to take for granted?

What he is claiming is that we sold our product as Magnus, and that we sold aftermarket clutch master cylinders as OEM. Those are the claims I am disputing, as that is absolutely not the case.

WTF

ME:
I'm keen on how to run a business, thanks and would also appreciate it if you didn't tell me what I do or do not take for granted...

Some of our exchange before and after this point has been redacted as a courtesy.

Mine was far more terse, but got that exact same spiel.

fyi they still havnt sent my turbo back to me and there still ignoring my calls and emails. now i have to take legal steps in getting it back!!!!!! fml

Man, I haven't been on this forums in years. I got back here by googling dsmgraveyard reviews. I ordered a part from them and it hasn't left "processing" status for 2 weeks. I think ok, maybe a fluke, so I email and email and call. No responses whatsoever. Like I'm messaging an abandoned website. Very frustrating. Left them a message to cancel order which they are probably too incompetent to do even that. So I made sure my bank disputes the charge.

To anybody thinking about buying from these guys, don't. Learn from all of the responses in here. Sad because I remember years ago I got parts from them I couldn't get anywhere else. Used to think they were awesome. It's a damn shame.

same exact way i felt. i got a few parts from them a year or so ago and it was all good besides taking over 2 weeks to get them. now i got a lawyer in michigan and sueing the shit out of them for loss and or theft of item. so if anyone else wants to make this bigger or has money owed to them or never recieved paid parts let me know

The gasket kit I ordered has also been on "processing" status since the first of this month with no response via email or even an answer of the phone. I'm going going to contact my bank and the BBB tomorrow.

Wow so my parts that bought 4 in a half months ago is suposibly on its way and my 108 & 185 dollar charges were for the parts and turbo rebuild were not processed Im guessing they did it for free or didn't do it at all. so a total of 5 months and 100s of phone calls and 31 emails later with know response on any and a lawsuit pending for my lost or stolen items is on the way.
