dsm graveyard turbo questions

Does anyone no who they go RU for turbo rebuilds. I sent a 16g for a bastard 20g install. Its been a week short of 2 months and still have not heard anything. I leave could tless emails and call all the time just to here them say the places busy and its not done yet. I know its not there fault but I don't see why it would take 2 months. Now I have to pay storage for my car sitting at a shop for 2 months this Thursday and it seems like they ignore my calls which kinda made me mad. I left the owner messages and the all e her lines. So if anyone knows the shop they go thru I would greatly appreciate it. I want to call them and find out for myself.

sounds like BS to me, i haven never bought anything from them before though that have bought items from me and i never had any issues in that respect. i dont think any turbo business could be backed up for 6+ weeks on rebuilds. if i were you i would be getting my $ back and turbo back and go else where, if you paid with a CC or paypal you would have to file a claim and you only have a limited amount of time to do so, so hopefully that hasn't already passed

Call every day and try and talk to Ryan or Jon or it will take forever to get anything done. 3 months for a head rebuild (read reviews price was just so low haha), and they forgot the revised lifters. So when you do get it back look it over REAL well.

Really cherry ? . Dsm graveyard is notorious against dsm'rs. Also you Do know the well known *Boost lab* is in tampa , 5 mins from my place. Sorry about your experience you will be prepared next time .

P.s boost lab quoted me 4 days, had it ready in 3.

Yeah 6 weeks is way to long for a turbo rebuild. Should of gone throw forced performance. Ive had nothing but problems with DSM grave yard. When I have ordered stuff in the past it was always poorly packaged and I know things are used , but when the item is in worse condition then the piece your replacing is BS. Also when you call they talk down to you and never seem to ever have anything your looking for.

Dam i never seen or new there was so much would bad stuff they have done wrong. i didn't pay for it and Im making them ship it back to me. i talked to them today after a week short of a month and they said sorry they couldn't do it. all well Im gonna go thru boost lab or get a used onethis screwed me over entirerly
