Ok guys Ive searched everywhere and I can't find an answer im getting the code P1500 and it says - MANF CNTRL VEH. SPD IDLE SPEED CONTROL AUXILIARY INPUTS. BUT I do a search and everything tells me that P1500 stands for Generator FR Terminal Circuit Malfunction < is not what my code reader is saying. Also here are some symptoms if it helps.

1. Car vibrates when accelerating
2. RPM drops when I clutch in

NOTE Ive just replaced the Engine wiring harness for all the sensor and fuel injectors and I got a diff ECU in the car now. So most of the old problems I was having are gone I just have these two left to deal with. Please let me know what you guys think ive been working on the car for 3 months now.

Also how do I tell what year a E-Prom ECU is from?
And my car is a 1995 eclipse GST

*EDIT Also I had the P1500 on the last ECU just came up on the new one and the cluth and RPM drop came in after I replaced the ECU and wiring harness.

well im kinda of a newbie but im in school to become an automotive technician.......and one of the things i learned is that when a code has the # 1 after the letter ex. p1058 then that mean the manufactuer (dealer) needs to scan it with their scaner.....

Its possible If your not getting enough voltage. There are switches that get activated when you push the clutch in. Just get it tested. Alternators can cause tons of driveability issues from incorrect voltage going to and from sensors and the ecu.

Yea and my fans aren't wanting to turn on and they did before. Ima go down to the local checkers and get a new alt on sunday I will give an update and let u guys know how it goes.
