dsm build questions

so i have a 91 talon tsi, i was in the process of doing an all out build but funds ran low. the current parts list is as follows
2.0 block fresh from machine shop
2.4 eagle crank
eagle h beam rods
wiesco 8.8:1 pistons
kiggly main girdle
main and head studs
stock rebuilt head
1g stock intake manifold
fp exhaust manifold
fp 3065 turbo
2.5 fp o2 housing
tial 44mm wastegate
fic 850's
walbro 255hp pump
fmic
the motor is still in pieces and needs built but it will be my first dsm motor build, but not my first motor build. whats the best place to find the torque specs/ rebuild manual. also since the projects funds are now low, what would be the best way to tune? dsm link lite? also i have a non eprom ecu(which will make it even more expensive) or should i just get rid of the stock maf and run maft? also would i need a afpr? if so whats the best kind to get and cheapest? im also in a dilema with cams? should i run the stock cams or just wait to upgrade the cams? also with the parts list above what would be a safe boost level to run on 91 octane? sorry for the string of questions but the project is stressing me out and i just want it done. any input would be awesome. thanks in advance ( and sorry for the run on sentences )

I'm a firm believer in buying cams last to make sure you get the right ones for your application.

As for tuning, ESMLink (DSMLink) all the way. Search the classifieds you can typically find an ECU/DSM link combo for cheap.

I'd recommend ecmlink full version. You'll be happy. With the 2.4 crank, wouldn't you need to have it machine for it?

You said you are low on money but are still talking about cams and maf-t? Well you can dump away the maf-t and buy cams if you want. It'll help top end. I have my dks 272's and wow pull pretty hard.
91 octane may limit you on boost. But it hard to say. E85 or water/meth is another option the run higher boost safer and will get you more power.
It all depends how well the motor is and how you put it together.
