driving 1100 miles without plates..... will i be ok?

so i just got back from the title place to get my car registerd and plated and they told me to notorize my title i have to have the dealer wich is knowhere to be found unless i pay 380 dollars in late taxes for him and myself. im moving to nebraska and up there all i need is this title and my proof of insurance... and its waaaaaaaayy cheaper.

so im going to drive up there i have my proof of insurance, title, bill of sale, but no plates, registration or tags. and the car was purchased on 7/11/09 but it took me this long to get the car fixed and running right...


think ill be ok?.... whats the worst that can happen if i get pulled over?... just a ticket?... or worse?

Dude if you have no plates it is illegal! And it is called probable cause. Doesn't matter if you are driving like a grandpa or speeding like a maniac you can be pulled over for no tags.

You absolutely have to read ALL OF THE POST. My reply was NOT in regards to having NO PLATES! That is just pure idiocy if you drive with no plates, you want trouble and a ticket AT THE LEAST.

Sorry I was referring to your response to Portnpolish97 about being pulled over. I miss read his post and thought he was talking about being pulled over for no tag I apologies.

mad the trip.... car ran like a champ and still is!! and i got way better gas miladge than i was told i was gonna get

i only saw 3 troopers ans two of them had people pulled over...... got a flat tire in missouri, had to take the donut to town and get a used tire..... that was fun...
