Drivers side low/high beams won't turn on

Hey guys, last night I got into my car and turned the headlights on to find that my drivers side low and high beams won't turn on. The passenger side works as it should. The bulbs are near new. I checked the plug for the headlight harness and it looks fine. I checked the fuse and relay even though the passenger side is working. I don't see any bad wires. Where else can I look? I searched on here and found that it could be the bulb socket but I have a hard time believing both of them would be bad both at the same time.

Does the corner light work?

If you answer yes, then it has something to do with the headlight. Easy solution, replace the whole thing.

If you answer is no, try this: remove the driver and passenger side headlight assemblies. plug in the passenger assembly on the driver side. If it lights up, once again, its a headlight problem. If it doesn't light up, follow the wiring from the connector of the headlight to the harness by the lower rad support and make sure all the wiring is in tact. Make sure the connector itself isn't corroded or anything. Check the fuses and relay in the engine fuse box. If it's all in good shape, then I haven't got a clue.

I ended up getting it figured out. All at once a bulb socket for the low-beam decided to burn up AND the highbeam bulb burnt out. I'm sure they both didn't happen at once but it's strange that I wouldn't have noticed the high beam bulb being toast.
