2G Low Beams/Fog Lights Not Working

I bought this GST 4 months ago. The low beams and fog lights were working when I bought it. Now I’m noticing they don’t come on anymore. Only high beams work. Only things I’ve tinkered with is adding LEDs to the taillights but ended up taking them off because of hyper flash and I have yet to install load resistors. I put in brand new fuses and new bulbs and everything. I’m lost at this point. Didn’t make sense because even after the led install they still worked and came on even when I had hyper flash.

My foglights stopped working last week (headlights are fine), so I'm in somewhat of a similar boat, but havent started trying to figure it out yet. I checked all the fuses and swapped relays without success. Next thing I'm going to do is take my test light/multimeter and find out at what point down the line that I am losing power.
