Downstream 02

I have a CEL on. It says that my rear 02 sensor is inactive. Is the sensor toast or my cat. If it is the sensor could some one tell me what resistors I need to trick the ECU into thinking that it is working. Also what wires to put the resistor(s) on.

1Mohm 0.25W resistor
1uF capacitor
put them in parallel between the blue and white wires, and sever them from the sensor.

be careful though as this mod done without the utmost caution can possibly catch your car on fire. if your like me and you are not the best when soldering parts ect you might want to talk to velocitapaola and ask him if he is interested in making anymore. he made me one and i must say its far superior to anything i could of even thought of creating and all i had to do was solder 4 little wires and thats it, it even came with instructions you cant beat that and his prices are very reasonable.

Ahh good point. I didnt think about poeple not being able to solder well.
