downpipe exhaust 3 bolt from a t3 20g turbo for dsm

This a 20g t3 dsm turbo from ebay.

I am wondering what kind of exhaust flange is that one? 3 bolts? the o2 housing is 4 bolts very different I can't find it. help pls

It look like it's 20g meant for the gm cyclones.
