how to make downpipe for 3" exhaust?

I was talking to a guy at an exhaust shop today asking him about a full 3" turbo back. He was asking me what I wanted to do with the downpipe since the O2 housing obviously isn't 3 inches.
How is it usually done?

it's a 16g turbo if it makes a difference.

You can buy an after market 3" DP. RNR makes an o2 eliminator one, all 3" and will bolt to the 16g.
The shop can make one if they know how. You'll have to get a bigger o2 housing though.

I don't want to have to get a bigger O2 housing right now I'm just going to port the one thats on it to help deal with creap. I just want something that will bolt onto my o2 housing and turn into a 3" all the way back.

I have a 3" downpipe on the factory o2 housing, un-ported, Meets up just fine and i dont get any creep (although i am still on the T25)

IF you don't want to replace the o2 housing there's lots out there.
Only one coming to my mind is Apex'i but I think it's 2.5" and not 3".
