Downloading Free software

Im going to be downloading free software off of http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=114453 , which one do I choose?

the src in filename is an indicator that the package contains the source code for the software. pointless if you are not a software developer.

The mmcd-1.5d.zip is your compiled software that you want to download and unzip to a folder to load the software on your palm.

The mmcd-1.5-sample-logs.zip is kinda self explanitory, it has sample logs that you can compare to.

so...

mmcd-1.5d.zip
mmcd-1.5-sample-logs.zip

...are the files you want to download. Good Luck!
