down shifting vibration?

I have down shifting vibrations.What can cause them?
When i shift from 1-5gear no problem,but when i decide to down shift i am having lot of vibration until i re lase the clutch.
I recently change my clutch to act 2100 and ACT flywheel. i got 30milles on them

Don't forget to check your engine mounts, If they were mangled during the clutch installation or you didn't put the Roll stops on the sides of the mounts, it will do exactly that.
