Ok i bought my 91 TSI AWD 5spd for 500 runs drives and everything only has 134k on the motor... i test drove it and spools and boost just fine but when i shift it kinda boggs down a little i dunno if they are supposed to do that or what? And it was also my 1st time driving it so it might just be my shifting.. what are the cheapest or even free mods that i could do for my car.. i have already read the free mod section... could my boggin be clutch or spark plugs.. the car hasnt been drivin in 2 months

Are you venting your BOV?

Yes im venting it but im about to go to a non venting system with the 1g 2g MAF Intake with no Bov Return

What is the best set up for the 1st gen intake cause i found a dejon tool with no bov return for 105 from turbogarage.com.

If you want to vent, either get a GM MAF and translator or a stand-alone that uses speed density. Whatever you use, you need the metering device after the BOV. And no, you can't move the stock MAF after the BOV.

Not to fear...once you start running more boost the BOV will be much louder. So if its not loud now work on increasing your flow and boost.

Also when I put my Dejon Tool MAF-TURBO intake pipe on the BOV was MUCH louder than with the stock rubber shit tube.
