ok tried to take the door panel off to replace the speakers and i had it about 99% but there was something around the window crank handle. i couldnt see what it was that kept it on. anyone know how to pop the door panel off?

If you removed the window crank handle the should have been a plastic washer and a metal clip behind it if you removed those it should just pull off. There shouldn't be anything else holding the door panel on supposing you removed all of the clips and the screws holding it on.

i didnt have the crank handle off though i couldnt figure it out. im guessing theres that little panel that pops off and there's a screw there? thats what it looks like but i couldnt get the panel off.

There should be a small metal clip that holds it on inside. I've only ever had one car with manual windows, but that's how it worked for me.

assuming it is manual windows, there is a screw by the door handle. you have to pop off a little tiny cover then remove the little screw. be careful with the door handle piece because mine doesn't go back on properly.
