420A Door lock issue

Hey I'm new to the forms just wondering if anyone has any alternate fixed for this issue.

I have a 98 Talon ESi and the door lock on the driver side doesn't work. I've recently opened it up to take a look and I'm thinking the previous owner swapped the handles out and broke the cable that attaches to the back of the lock cylinder, now I've been looking into maybe remaking it with plastic welding as I can't seem to find any on any sites I did discover the part number (MB927494) for it if anyone has any info the part that would be great.

Good idea ill throw one up today , im talking to a few people who are parting some out or have a storage unit full of dsm parts look into it also
