When I bought my car I noticed that the fuse for the power door locks was not installed. Upon investigation I decided to install the correct fuse and as soon as I did the doors automatically locked. Is the reason for a possible short? Also, I am guessing not having a fuse would also cause the OBD2 port to not have power as well.

Once the fuse is installed the doors automatically lock. When I press the button to unlock them nothing happens.
