To make my story more suitable for you guys. I went WOT and my car seemed to get stuck revving in about 5k rpm. Was in first gear. After that a little more up the road I went WOT again, and it picked fine.

if your mods list is up to date id say that it picked up knock and pulled timing and boost, cutting you off dead. And if you're revving a bone stock car to 8k RPM you definitely need something to kickin and hold you back (poor little engine )

I have never went past red in my car, I usually shift before the 6, and i did not even reach that high. Iv never ran my car into the red. It is public road, but its a 15 mile trip on country road with clear vision, i dont zip through city steets, but the dick tried to past me for no reason, and I got pissed. Ok im sorry I said the whole story, I just want to know what was wrong and why is does it one time and not antoher.
