Done with the 6bolt swap not transmission wont go into gear

Yeah after finely get the swap done and motor running good the godd**m transmission wont go into great now its just grinds and we have bleed the system to get the air out and still no go. When we press the clutch it has some play in it then it gets hard the futer we go torge the floor. If there any way to adjust it so it pushs the rod futher in? The transmission worked fine before the swap but had a lighter duty clutch in it and i replaced it with a statge 2 clutch and a presure plate and also a new flywheel but its a OEM flywheel nothing fancy.

Do not buy an extended slave rod. I had the same problem and it was the clutch fork/pivot ball. If you have bled your hydraulic system properly, gotten a new master/slave, then you really have no alternative but to drop the transmission and take a look.

Also another easy to check if it's the tranmission is to look at the fork tongue that sticks through the window on the trans (where the slave rod pushes against). It should be in the middle, if it is skewed (left or right) then you know it's your mechanical system.
