dome light

ok my dome light works when i press the buttons but it dosent when i open the doors. I dont know if it is a fuse or a short in the wire i need some help

15 pages of digging through the gallery and I finally found a good picture. Look in the lower left corner of the door jam, the rubber boot covering up a button is the door ajar switch.

Somehow I just felt some ownage coming on there. I keep forgeting the K.I.S.S. rule. (Keep it simple stupid)

yea the swith is set to door open i do think it is the switch on the door ### when i push it nothin happens so thanks guys

Jnztuning.com and machv.com have replacement switches for those if you want to replace them. Or you can pull the apart and clean the connections. But that ended up only being a VERY temp fix for me, i had to get new ones.
