Im doing a rebuild on my 95 tsi awd with 70k miles.I have two questions. First what kind of numbers should i expect with a proper tune and what else do i need for the rebuild? So far ive purchased
topline full rebuild kit
fidanza 2.1 clutch kit
fidanza light flywheel
mitsu oem timing belt kit with all tensioners
balance shaft removal kit
arp head studs
cometic metal head gasket
greddy bov
my mods are as follows td05h turbo (not sure which one thats just what it says on the housing maybe 14b or small 16g), intake cone, mbc set at 15psi, 2.5 downpipe, 2.5 inch full exhaust with hollowed cat, and the few mods you see in the rebuild list.

Not to turn this into a bench racing thread, but you really don't have anything that shows you could make a lot more power than stock. If you're going to be using the Topline OEM (replacement) rebuild kit then most everything will still be stock. I don't see anything more than 225-235 hp from a stock engine with a stock turbo or even a small 16g without anything else to support any gains.

So do you think a 190 fuel pump with 550cc injectors be sufficient? And what type of fuel management should i purchase?

A 190fp and 550 injectors are a good start. A dsm-link wouldn't be needed if your using 550's since

you can use up to 660cc injectors with a safc.

hanes manual. Focus on the rebuild first, not how fast your car will run. If you can port match the head, intake manifold, exhaust manifold and turbo. Dont do any more than a port match to the head you dont want to the flow to change. Rebuild the head too, while its off, most likely you have some valve seals in the kit. GL.

What do you mean by port matching and how much should i bore the throttle body and intake manifold?

i never messed with the TB. In my opinion the head is where the power is unleased. It is where the air goes in and out. But dont get it wrong, people have run 9s on a stock head. You can make plenty of power with out porting, but if you have a die grinder, its nice to do a little extra. Port matching is where you can port match the head and manifolds to the gasket, to increase flow.
