Get the ISCPosition down. Have you done a boost leak test and verified you eliminated all of them? Then adjust the BISS screw slowly after the car is warmed up to drop the value to around 30.

Airflow (SD table values) could be adjusted a bit to bring up AirflowPerRev to .25.

Then adjust deadtime to get CombinedFT as close to 0% as possible.

Also, I'd recommend zeroing out your fuel and timing sliders and only using the DA tables to tune those values.

Speaking of DA tables, I'm not a fan of your fuel table. It has no smooth transitions in it. I'd suggesting going on the link wiki and grabbing the Evo 8 mod 1 fuel table. Same with the timing table if you want it as well.

If i turn the biss screw it will make my idle go up high counterclockwise, clockwise brings it down, right now my cars idle is set pretty good. So if i turn it to get my isc to be at 30, What should i do with my idle at that point? Also i had my biss set around 30 (at one point) and it wont stay around the target point of 30, it will change to differnt values at idle. Also if i change the position of the biss screw should the isc value change pretty quick? If so my isc does not. Oh and yes i did a boost leak test and sealed all leaks off. I will also do what you said with my sliders for the fuel and timming, i will also try to find the Evo 8 mod 1 fuel table.

I found the fuel/timming tables for the evo8 mod 1 and i will load them in tomorrow.thanks for helping me out on doing this.

Hey not trying to be a "thread jacker" but I'm having same issues I know TPS needs to be at .63 Which I have it set to and ISC Position at 30 when car is warmed up at idle. But it just bounces everywhere 22-25-32-37 and that's with me just moving the BISS screw like a tiny bit!! I've checked my ISC motor and it's good! Can boost/Vacuum leaks cause this?? Thanks! :talon:

It will lower your idle, based on the current ISC value. Do it and then adjust your other settings and see if you can get it to idle properly. The ISCPosition will change, but it shouldn't vary by a lot (maybe ± 5).

It will depend on how much you adjust the BISS and how fast as to how much/fast your ISCPosition value changes. Sometimes it takes a little bit for it to register, but then might keep moving for a while. This is why it's recommended to make small adjustments and let it settle and repeat.

Yes, it could be. You should always make sure your boost leaks are gone before you start any tuning.
