I over-greased the TOB and the shaft that it slides on. The TOB pushed grease onto the clutch and the clutch is slipping. I know I can clean the friction surfaces w/ brake cleaner, but is there anything I can do about the disk? Should I clean the flywheel/p.plate and re-install, or do I need to buy a new disk?

Thanks!

TOB's are normally pre-greased and none should be added. The only lube is on the shaft so it can slide easily and use very little. Grease can easily drip with the heat that's there and ruin the disc. Moly 60 paste is a better choice for sliding lube on the shaft (and just a little only where the TOB slides). It won't drip and is designed for metals sliding against each other.
