do i have low oil pressure (pics)

this is my first 2g and im not sure if the stock oil gauge should be this low. every 1g ive had read much higher on the stock gauge. this is with 10w-30 castrol start up oil.

Seems fine to me, thats about where mine sits at idle.

its the isc or idle motor thing. im still too broke to get one. will my idle keep getting worse untill it just stops running or will it just continue to bounce around?
