In this thread I'm hoping to gather enough info on how to rebuild my personal turbo. I have rebuilt engines but never a turbo charger. There is a part number ony my exhaust side at the t-flange. The brand is a very old turbonetics. So i need to find a rebuild kit and the proper order of operation for disassembly and reassembly. I will post as many pics as i can that way you guys have all ths info i have on turbo in question. I very much appreciate anyone who participates in the discussion.

Mark all ur housings and the center housing so you can clock them correctly on reassembly...but i can see that the compressor wheel is damaged and has contacted the compressor housing ..so the new wheel and existing shaft need to be balanced at the least ...more of a job for a Pro rather than a do it yourselfer ...a simple rebuild without damage to the wheels is fine but this is a little more in depth repair ..JusMX141 would know more about identification and availability of parts and what path to take
