No matter how many times you repeat yourself the answer is still going to be the same. Do not use an FCD. Get DSMLink and find out what is really going on.

ok, when the car was running stock and just a modified waste gate for extra boost it would hit fuel cut and the gauge was reading all the way rich. Again this isn't happening right now, nothing is happening cause I'm not driving it, I'm simply on the net researching
No, if everything is as it should be, then it should hit 11:1 afr in boost even if it does hit fuel cut.
I get it, I'm not going to use a FCD. But what I don't get is fuel cut is for running too lean right? why would it hit fuel cut if the gauge was reading rich? I'm not against buying something for tuning but it's not something I can do right now. I just shelled out for the new engine and everything to make it work. I said ecu+ because it's what my buddy uses, if DSMlink is available and ecu+ is not then I will look into it providing it's not outrageous
Fuel cut occurs when the ECU determines that the airflow is excessive based upon a number of factors (rpm, load, etc). It has zip to do with the MAF limit, or fuel system capacity.
Some of you people need to spend some time learning how these cars operate.
Using an FCD these days is just half-assing the build process, no matter what the reasoning.

I agree with everyone else in that a FCD is NOT the way to go; however, since you asked the question...
