differance in 1g cam angle sensor plugs

I am in the middle of swapping my 90 laser motor into another shell.I cant find the connector for the cam angle sensor on this harness.I know that their are two different harnesses.The one I have is the newer style in this car cause I had to swap the coil pack aneyone know where the cam angle sensor connector should come out of the harness on the firewall like the laser or by the throttle body somewhere. Thanks

a 91-94 harness? if it is as you said ''newer'' it would be coming out the harness by the pcv and go to the cas.

you would need a 91-94 cas as the 90 will not plug into the 91-94 harness.

The sensors are different. When you type in a thread title it gives you similar threads that are related to the title you entered. The first one that pops up, http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/310051-1g-cam-angle-sensor-differences.html, explains the difference. One has a harness coming out of it and one has a connector on it. They can be interchanged but some wiring does need to be done. As stated it will be on the harness that has all the connectors for the injectors, TPS, IAC...

thanks, someone did a major hack job my harness I just didnt know what part of the harness i should be looking for the wires,
