Did Tranny fix but 5th still pops out

Hey all,

I did the tranny fix as found in the faqlocator this weekend. The upper 36mm nut was finger tight so I torqued everything up and notched those things so they wouldn't come lose again; I also filled the tranny up with Syncromesh. I did notice improved shifting in all gears (no more 2nd gear grind) but 5th still pops out while boosting. What is the next likely cause/problem that I should look into? It stays in gear as long as i hold at least a finger on it, so it isn't really that big of a deal, just annoying.

Pull of the end cover and check the shift fork and the slider for wear. If you dont notice any wear remove the shift for hub and slider assembly and check the teeth On the SIDE of the gear for wear (this is where the slider meets 5th gear). Use the repair manual to check these things.

I really need to get a manual and I should have checked those things while it was off but I know nothing of trannies. Thanks for the help I will put that on the checklist.
