Let me be the first to say that Dejon Tool is a great company.

I ordered my hard intake pipe from them Tuesday evening. Got a confirmation email from a gentleman named mike, and it arrived today (Thursday) Very quick shipping, very quick to get the product out.

It was extremely easy to install, and they even supplied the rubber pieces and clamps. Unbolted the MAS, popped it onto the piping, and voila!

After install, took it for a spin, and it made a big difference on my relatively stock car. All I have now is a K&N, The dejontool intake, full turboback exhaust, UICP, and fuel pump. I thought i would see great gains with my turboback exhaust, but was dissapointed when i didnt. I notice a big difference in spoolup time with this intake pipe. seems alot smoother to spoolup too!

I highly reccomend it!

hey i got the same pipe! but for a 95 Tsi ,. .; . .but i havent put it on. .why? b/c i dont know what to do with the lines in the rubber hoes? i dont know what they do. .and i havent found something that would tell me other wise. . .i have had the pipe for alomost a mouth! can u help me. . .

The 2 hoses are charcoal canister and the vent line from the valve cover.

When you put ur aftermarket intake on you can just leave the char. can hose tucked away
and the other hose (off valve cover) cut in half insert a catch can, or a small breather filter, or a fuel filter ( the see through ones with the small filter inside)

i also purchased an intake from them.

they were awesome w/ great service, and fast shipping.

only thing mine didnt fit as well as in the pictures....im runnin a 2g mas on my 1g so the fitment was pretty tight, cuz of my UICP.

but all in all great product

Please excuse my dumb question again but. . .ok leave the Charcoal and tuck it away some where . . .got it . . . now i use a breather filter?. .okay and i just leave it there hanging?. . .thanks again

I too have the dejontool intake pipe, great piece and worthwhile mod. If you check my profile, I do alot of business with dejon. Not the friendliest phone people but great business men none the less :thumb:

Just got my 2G mas, so I will be ordering another intake pipe from them. If anyone wants a flawless 1G intake pipe from them for a discount, PM me, mine will be for sale.

thanks a lot for the good news. this really helps me out alot I never knew this stuff. . u have been a big help to me and sorry if i was getting on your nerves a little. . .still a newbie as u can see but thanks again

okay got the breather thing covered! but what about the line next to it? what do i do with that one? OMG

I agree that dejontool is a quality company but I have there uicp with a turbo xs bov flange welded on from them and well lets just say that the hood wont close because the put it in the wrong spot. I have heard that that make all turbo xs pipes wrong wonder why? just involves a little cutting but still a pain in the butt. :thumbdown

Dejon Tool is one of those companies you don't hear much about, but they have amazing products. I have a dejon tool intake, but the intakes arn't what amaze me. Its all the custom stuff they do. And how they manage to make their stuff. Keep it up dejon.

wait original poster u bought a hard intake pipe? Do u mean u replaced the stock accordian tube that goes from the airbox to the turbo inlet, by putting a metal one there?

If u do have that that is exactly what i'm looking for. Machv has one, but i'm not sure exactly if i want theres cause they wont email me back on questions i had regarding it.

Yes, thats correct. I replaced the stock accordian with a larger metal one.

View their site. check it out. buy it. :)

Dejon tools is more known for their IC piping which is awesome. I am soon to buy a 3 inch inlet for my T3/T4 50 trim. So I will expect the same quality as they have shown in the past. BTW: if you haven't heard much about them you aren't looking around enough or even are in the extent of tuning. Most people with bigger turbos get Dejon intakes as well as just about everyone I know either get the Dejon hard intercooler pipes or the Greddy ones... So almost all of us have one.
