Datalogger Wont Connect?

Hey I bought a palm m505 pda and pocketlogger setup and used it on my 98 esi for a little while. Well i traded for a 95 tsi and it worked on it a couple of times and now it just wont connect. Anybody have any ideas what the problem might be?

try changing your settings to ISO/multiplex

my usb port on my comp isnt recognizing my logger.. any computer nerds have any suggestions?

play with the port settings.. I think i had to change mine from port 2 to port 4 or something like that
