I have 93 AWD Talon.
Mods:
PTE 50 trim
680 cc injectors
Walbrah 255
SAFC
2G MAF
FMIC
3" RRE downpipe
3" ATR downpipe back
Borla XR1 muffler
ACT 2600
upgraded center diff
BJ's Stage 2 cylinder head (springs, retainers, ... no porting)
Hallman MBC
Monitoring: Greddy EGT/ VDO Boost / LM1 Wideband / Pocketlogger.

I finaly got my pocket logger and I did a run @16 psi on pump gas.
EGT's = 750c
Wideband AFR = 10.5
Pocket logger shows at 6 to 7k:

22 - 30 deg timing
1 to 0 knock (showed 4 knock once)
14.36 mS Inj P/W
85% fuel trim hi
94% fuel trim mid
81% fuel trim low

I guess it looks like when I let off the gas to shift my timing shoots to 45 deg.
Is that normal?
How do my stats sound?

The car seems to pull pretty good.

Thanks. :thumb:

Yes.

you need to give us more of a log

Ok. I'll see if I can figure out how to download the logs when I get home. I really hate this poo pile-it. Man I wish pocketlogger would make software for my pocket pc!! When I get them downloaded I'll post it up.

Thanks.

timing in the high areas (like your 45*) is typical in low throttle situations. Its meant for fuel economy.

It looks to me like the timing is at 45 * when I let off the gas to shift. I really wish I could post my log but thanks to 3Com for making a POS device called the Poo Pile-it, I dont think I will be able to for a while. I just dont understand why these datalogger people dont write software for the Pocket PC. I'd gladly pay double for the software just to be able to use a device that doesnt suck! I'd do TMO but they may as well be out of business cause they dont reply to anyone. I e-mailed about 7 times over the past years and never got a response. :thumbdown

Also, you can just hotsync you logs to your PC, and then view the logs with the PL viewer program.
