cylinder walls

im rebuilding my 91 talon tsi awd when i pulled my pistons out and looked at the walls i can see wear on the firewall side and about an inch or two from the bottom of they cylinders there is a small groove but were it is warn its even so my question is to rebuild or try it?

take it to the machine shop and see what they think, may just need to be honed and not overbored.
