Cylinder condition opinions

Playing around with my new camera. The mileage on the engine is unknown. Been in the car over 10 years now. Car runs fine as is. How bad is this scoring?

Those cameras can make things look worse than they are. If the car runs fine, send it and don’t worry about it.
