I bought a 1992 Talon Tsi AWD and it has the JDM swap with the Cyclone intake on it. The intake isnt set up so im planning on doing it. There is a thread that gives the details, pictures and instructions on how to do this. One opinion on there was to go threw the manifold, clean it up and replace the gaskets. I cant find the gaskets, the thread said jnz tuning but i didnt find them there. Any ideas where to get them? I searched and came up with nothing. This is the thread http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/art...ow-properly-actuate-jdm-cyclone-manifold.html There are a few abreviations i wasnt sure about. "Before being activated, the valves block off the shorter 4 runners, leaving the combustion chamber to only get its air from longer 4 runners. The butterfly valves remain closed because the "actuator" for them is in vacuum; without vacuum they are open. This is because the actuator gets it vacuum source from the intake manifold itself, just like a blow off valve. The white canister/one way valve, allows the vacuum through, and it then passes though the FPRS which because it is NOT powered/on, is considered OPEN, thus allowing the vacuum through and straight to the butterfly valve actuatorut. " What is the FPRS?? I know its the FPR solenoid. But what is that? "Per the diagram, you are going to want to get the RPM signal from the WHITE wire on the igniter harness" also what is the igniter?? Any help would be great. Thanks

I don't know where to get the gasket in usa, but in germany you get them at

They can speak english and the will send to us, but its not cheap.

FPRS ist the fuel pressure regulaator solenoid. it's the part on the image below above the "R" whre the two yellow lines go to. A solenoid is a electrical switch (like a relais) for vacume lines.
