so i have a 91 tsi fwd and a friend gave me a cyclone intake mani and ive read up on them and alot of people have a bunch of different views on them. well i guess what i would like to know is would it be worth setting it up in my car the correct way or just selling it to make a couple extra bucks? and if it is worth it what would i have to do to make it work properly the way it should? any input would be appreciated. thanks

yeah thats what i was thinking. it would probably cost me more money to get to work properly than it will benefit me. just out of curiosity, how much do you think i could get for it?

There is a way to use a wastegate actuator (t-25 I think).

The only other feesable way is DSMLink, and use either the egr solenoid, or fuel pressure solenoid. You would still need a 1 way vaccume canister.

The gains from the Cyclone are minimal. Your better off getting a SMIM and selling this one.

there are a few post about the cyclone
a few of them have ways to run these with a few add on mods
I would like to run one myself just because its something different
I might fiddle with mine sometime in the fall and write up something about making them work

but if your looking to push some power then you want to go with a SMIM like others will suggest
