I have a 1g with moderate upgrades, just yesterday I was driving on the highway and all of a sudden my car started popping and jerking under slight acceleration. When I get on it and force it through the hesitation it clears up... around 6000 at full throttle. new wires plugs are gapped at .027 I am boosting 19 psi. any ideas I am all out of them

I've sold Bosch for years now, and if it weren't for the kick backs Bosch offer to parts guys i would not sell them to any one I've tried them in 3 differ. cars,
94 plymouth duster 3.0 5 speed lasted 1 month
94 Chevy c1500 4.3L lasted 2 weeks
90 ford festiva (don't laugh gas IS expensive) used plus 4 lasted less than one year

Your plugs should be gaped anywhere from .028-.031. Do no use Platinum plugs in DSM via the VFAQ. Do a boost leak test see if you have any leaks. If you are throwing a CEL post what CEL you're throwing. That'll give you a couple things to do. Let me know if any of that finds or fixes a problem. Post back.

It sounds like it would either be spark or fuel. I would start off by replacing the spark plugs with NGK, if that doesn't solve the problem make sure your spark plug wires are firing as they should. For fuel make sure your injectors are clicking throughout the rpm range if not then you may have bad fuel injector clips or clogged/bad injectors.
