Bucking under acceleration

OK, here is my somewhat embarassing question. Today I ran some seafoam through my engine, then drive it around for a while, and it ran fine. I came home and replaced the spark plugs. Now, this is the first time I've ever done this. Now when I drive it, it will start up fine, but if I get under any kind of acceleration, it will start bucking, like as if I was pressing the gas hard then letting go quickly. I checked the spark plug gap on all the plugs before I put them in, they all seemed right at .028 without adjustment (NGK BPR7ES). What else should I check? Could I have put the wires back on out of order or not tightly enough? Could I not have tightened the spark plugs enough? Etc?

It sounds like a similar problem a buddy of mine had trouble with. First of all check your wires. cylinder one is closest to timing belt unless you did a 6 bolt swap with a 1g head. ignition coil will be 4123 from left to right when standing in front of the car looking @ the engine. But it sounds like a fuel prob. His car, fully modded with 6 bolt and typhoon intake and just about every accessorie part you can add. Sounded great and he could ease on the gas and it woulb accel fine(this was on a trailer when he brought it to me) but if you touched the gas too hard, which was still not hard at all it would just about die on him. Its not easy to check fuel pressue on the of course but its worth the effort.

Yeah, it definitely feels like it would be fuel-related, but I didn't do anything that would have anything to do with that.
