I have a 92 Laser RS Turbo FWD. The car is bone stock except for a muffler the previous owner bolted on the rear and the K&N Drop In Air Filter I put on the vehicle about a month ago. Yesterday I put in replacement fuel injectors since I had one bad one and was only getting 19mpg.

Problem is that under full vacuum the car will stutter and cut out throwing an engine light immediately. If I put it in neutral quick enough the car will wake back up with some more gas but not always. Lately it has been sticking around for more neutral back to gear changes.

I've researched it and understand that fuel cuts happen for people under boost but my car never cuts out under boost. It's only when I'm coasting downhill or letting up on the throttle for traffic turning into my lane or whatever.

Have you checked for boost leaks? Have you checked all the vacuum lines?
