Cutting out in the high rpms

My 1991 awd has been cutting out in the high rpms. It also idles at 2k after driving a short distance. I flushed sea fome through the intake and poored a can in the gas tank. All I have done is changed the spark plugs and wires and fully ported my 14b and o2 I used the stock bpr6es ngk ones and set the gap to .28 I am running 9psi rite now but soon want to run 15psi What could be the problem? I am thinking about rewiring the fuel pump and changing the fuel filter. I might also put in the bpr7es ngks. I think it is fuel related. Corect me if I'm wrong.

i dunno if 9psi on a 14b would cause fuel cut or not, it took 20+psi to fuel cut with my 13g.

The check engine light also came on tonight and when it did all it wanted to do was die no matter what you did and the exhaust note also changed. It stumbled very badly and I reved it up and it went away but, then it idled at 2k the rest of the night and it started to get hot so I went home. If anybody knows what the deal is your help is greatly apriciated.
