Cutting out after launch!!HELP..

my mods are ACT2600,intake,free mods, BPR6ES plugs with Magnecore wires,Greddy Type-S. my best time is a 14.22 with a 60' time of like 2.095..


I cant launch it anything higher than like 4 grand or as soon as i go to shift into second the car falls on its face.This is with like half a tank or more in gas too..I dont think its fuel cut.. I have a shot O2 sensor that im gonna replace today.. But i thought maybe its the fuel pump.. Im not sure but i hope somone can help me out.. This problem doesnt seem to go away. :thumbdown

Is this on street tires or drag radials? Sometimes if your tires are to sticky, and you arent putting out enough power for them the car will fall on its face.

That greddy type s might be the culprit. Your not re-circulating are you? Try a 1g blow off valve and re-circulate. I had an idea on how to make the factory blow off valve louder without venting. It involves a thinner walled re-circ tube similar to a home dryer vent tube but smaller. That way you can still hear it but you keep the advantage of re-circulating. Try that.

I always wondered if it was the Greddy Type-S... im gonna put my buddys 1g BOV on to see if that solves it..But im sorta thinkin its Fuel related..idk
