cuts out on turn

i got a 1gb and i have installed a 190 pump. i have a issue with left turns. car cuts out when in a high g left. any ideas?i need to logg this but i cant get the logs on the comp. any one know how? is there a thread for this? Thanks!!!!

i've heard of this happening on fwd cars when the tank is low... just a thought

i got a awd 1gb but it will do it on half tank. ill need to fill her up and hit the curves while logging i guess. but i know that it is bogging out. i got a lc-1 with a maft gen 2 useing the wb tracking at 11.6 afr. i know i need to change the fuel filter"im at 46000 miles" but have had trouble at getting the lower flare nut off. i caped the vent line. not sure that was good.....it will hold tank press and wont let me start the car....loss of fuel press i guess. any ideas?

Other than the sock on the end of the pump what pickup tube are you thinking of.

I don't have the problem unless the tank is less than 1/4 full. Unless you sump the tank or build a surge pot/tank I'm not sure there much you can do about it but keep your tank filled up.

I have a 1g AWD tank in my Colt, and it does the same thing when I start getting down to 1/4 tank or less. The pump is on the driver side, so that's just how it is. I have a fuel pressure gauge on the dash, and know what's happening, so I just don't floor it around hard lefts when the gas is low.

If I have 1/8th tank or less it can take several minutes to prime the pump again.

I make sure I have at least a half tank or more when I arrive at the track.

Well this sucks dudes! I was wishing and saying prayers that it wasent a bad tank design, but I guess you can't win every time. Thanks for the posts!
