2G Custom throttle cable

I know some people have modified throttle cables to shorten them up. Post up pictures and how you did it. The non-cruise, throttle cable is a lot longer than needed and I'm tired of looking at all that slack .

I just used the cable from the pedal to cruise control "junction box" there are 2 adjustment nuts that I put on either side of an insulated wire clamp. And used 1 of the original throttle cable bolt holes to mount it. The metal tube that comes out of the fire wall has to be bent a little, but it works great and is a perfect length

You can also run the cable under the intake manifold for a cleaner look.
