How are these made? I have a catch can similar but I wasnt legit. I want to make a new one.

Parts Need:


Two: Aluminum bottles from your local Wal-Mart in the camping area
Three: 3/8-1/4 barb fittings
One: 3/8-3/8 90
One: valve cover breather
Some Line for the 90 for the overflow
Some Line for the valve cover and thermostat housing
Two: Freeze plugs that fit the bottles

I sucked it up and went out in the rain for you. All you need to do is drill and tap all your holes and tread tape them and install. I went and put a little rtv on the coolant because even with it tapped and taped it was still dripping a little. Catch can fits right where your old intercooler pipe ran then just get a nice 4"inch worm clamp and clamp the cans together. Cans have never moved on me that has been tested because I installed them before a retune the old intercooler pipe hole seems to work very nice.

Yeppers I'm just not a fan of the high prices on others catch cans and reserves but don't get me wrong some are very nice I just decided to make my own.

I did not cut the catch can I just turned it upside down and put the breather in the bottom and the top gets put in your old intercooler pipe hole.

Very nice a lot like mine..
A least I'm not the only one that seen the cans and went hmm that prob wouldn't look to bad for a catch can...

To a question that was asked where did everything come from?


The bottle is from Walmart.
The fittings are from Lowes or HomeDepot.
The freeze plug and hose is from Auto-Zone or Advanced.
