Bought my 91' Vr4 without a steel bumper with the bumper cover in the back seat.

I thought nothing of it, but its proving to be a bit more difficult to deal with than I imagined.
I've looked at replacing the steel bumper but looks like the galant uses different supports then the other dsm's.

I'm looking for photos or Ideas on how to mount my bumper cover. I have access to a steel welder. Any information would be appreciated.

On my gvr4 I cut the original support up and saved only the 2 main pieces. The rest was rusted anyway, the bumper support over the fog light end up being the only thing left. I also did this to install a fmic and have plans to install a 1g vrsf fmic kit next. I really like it this way because it only takes 2 bolts on each side and the whole bumper can come off. Not ideal for daily driving and needing the support incase of a accident. This was done because my plans for the car are all about racing. I do plan to fab up new supports soon once I get the vrsf kit to install. If you need a new support to use get gvr4.org for a part out and see if maybe there's one near your area.
