What is the bolt called that attaches the turbo to the motor/oil line(?) I think its a banjo bolt but I'm not too sure

Yes, you are correct. That is called a banjo bolt.

I've never attempted to find any, but I imagine you can find them. A banjo bolt in general is nothing new and they are found on alot of different applications. Good luck
