You do realize that Charles is British, so AMERICAN English is not his first language. Maybe that's how they punctuate it over there. I still get confused every time he says "tyres". :aha:

But, Sam, I, too, was educated in the UK and, therefore, use commas their way, including the so-called Oxford comma before the "and" at the end of list, in fact. tee hee
