I was just wondering if the Crankshaft from a Neon would be able to fit in my 420a block without any issues

The main journals and rod journals of a 2.4L crankshaft are different than the 2.0L, it won't work at all.

2.0 Neon crank will fit the 420a.

The only 2.4L Neons were the SRT-4 and the crank would not fit in a 2.0. You have to use the entire short block to do a 2.4 swap on a 420a Eclipse as well as several other modifications including rewiring the injectors and fabricating a custom motor mount.
