Ok i work at walmart doin oil changes n tires and all, all day long and we have a couple of neons a day come in and i pop the hood open on them and ive seen none with the same motor as the 2g-n/a, Stupid question but does anyone know which exact model the neon is that comes with the 420a???

All first gen Neons have a 420A block in them. They just use a different head than we do. The DOHC Neons have a similar head, but it flows backwards compared to our 2GNTs.
